What we collect
Only what you write in a request form: your name, your phone number, your e-mail address if you give it, and your answers to the questions of the service you chose.
You have no account to create and no password to remember.
What it is used for
To handle your request: call you back, prepare your quote, tell you where your event stands. ICONO@ does not sell your data and does not share it for advertising.
Who sees it
The ICONO@ team that handles requests, and its management. Each person signs in with a personal account. An automatic assistant may help the team prepare a reply: it works with the same rights as the person it helps, and nothing is sent unless a person has decided so.
What this site does not do
No advertising cookie, no tracking from one site to another. We count visits to know which pages are useful: the page read, the site you came from and the kind of device, without a cookie and without keeping your address. If your browser asks not to be tracked, nothing is counted. To block automated submissions, we keep for one day an encrypted fingerprint of your connection address, which cannot be used to find you.

The page Track my request only opens with the reference you received when you sent it and the phone number you gave.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information about you, as provided by the Senegalese law on the protection of personal data. Just ask us:
