What we do
You give us the venue, the dates, the number of delegates and the working languages. We design the setup for the plenary hall and the breakout rooms.
Our crew installs, tests the day before, runs the control room for the whole event, then dismantles.
We visit the venue beforehand when our teams do not already know the room.
